Army, PNP Keep Quezon Secured Dec 23rd 2012, 10:11 CAMP NAKAR, Lucena City - Joint military and police forces vowed yesterday to keep the province of Quezon secured for the Yuletide holidays after foiling plans of the New People's Army (NPA) to wage attacks during the holiday truce declared by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
