Quinta threatens Visayas, strands travelers Dec 26th 2012, 01:10 (Updated 9:01 a.m.) - Tropical Storm Quinta (Wukong) weakened and slowed down after making landfall over Leyte province at midnight Tuesday and started crossing Camotes Island in Central Visayas early Wednesday. "Ang pag-landfall niya, humina siya at bumagal ang pagkilos. Na-maintain niya ang intensity ng pag-ulan," PAGASA forecaster Ricky Fabregas said in an interview on dzBB radio.
