Man tries to foil arrest with bomb threat Dec 27th 2012, 22:05 A FORMER security guard, facing charges of murder and rape, yesterday kept police out to arrest him at bay by threatening to explode a grenade.He made the threat as he locked himself inside his house in Lapay, Argao, Cebu, with his wife and eight-year-old daughter.Michael Anthony Villamora, 31, eventually surrendered after three hours of standoff that began at 12:25 p.m. when Argao police tried to serve a warrant for his arrest.Argao police chief Insp. ...
