The two Filipino oil workers who were critically injured in last month's oil rig blast off the Gulf of Mexico have been removed from the critical list, the Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C. said Monday. Renato Dominguez, 52, and another whose identity was withheld upon his family's request, are now both conscious and able to move certain parts of their bodies, said Philippine Consul General in Chicago Leo Herrera-Lim.
