No Cebu 'Free Zone' – Aquino Nov 30th 2012, 12:36 MANDAUE CITY, Cebu - President Benigno S. Aquino III told officials of the Liberal Party (LP) in Cebu yesterday that there will be no "free zone" in the province during the 2013 election as the party will support their official candidates.
