Cotabato town declared under calamity state due to Pablo Dec 18th 2012, 00:12 KIDAPAWAN CITY – Legislators in Kabacan, North Cotabato declared their town "under a state of calamity" after 13 barangays, mostly situated along the riverbanks of the Pulangi River and Liguasan marsh, were ravaged by the recent super typhoon Pablo.
