New Power Grid Back-Up Control Center Set Up Soon Dec 21st 2012, 07:59 VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur - The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) reported recently that a new Back-up Luzon Regional Control Center (LRCC) located at its Mexico Substation in Pampanga will be completed before the end of the year.
