PRC suspends ex-UP official over fake papers Oct 15th 2012, 16:40 MANILA, Philippines - For allegedly falsifying his documents, a former University of the Philippines vice chancellor and professor of the UP College of Medicine has been suspended from practicing as a physician by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
