NCRPO chief sacks 12 more cops Oct 10th 2012, 16:28 MANILA, Philippines - National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) director Chief Superintendent Leonardo Espina yesterday dismissed 12 police officers, bringing the total number of the policemen he has booted out of the police service to 34 since he assumed office on Sept. 7.
