SEEING a renewed interest in manufacturing for the Philippines, Cebu Investment Promotions Center (CIPC) managing director Joel Mari Yu hopes property developers will consider building additional zones to cater to this sector.Yu said the only suitable space for manufacturing is at the South Road Properties, as the existing zones in Mactan are nearly filled up.Out of 10 companies he has spoken to, eight of them are looking for standard factory buildings that have already been built.
