SC won't stop cyber law implementation Oct 2nd 2012, 16:20 MANILA, Philippines - The Supreme Court (SC) deferred yesterday action on the bid of various groups to stop the implementation of certain provisions of Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act, virtually allowing the new law to take effect today.
