SC asked to compel dynasty law passage Oct 25th 2012, 16:02 MANILA, Philippines - A group led by former vice president Teofisto Guingona Jr. asked the Supreme Court (SC) yesterday to compel Congress to pass a law implementing the constitutional ban on political dynasties.
