Donaire stops Nishioka in 9th, keeps title Oct 14th 2012, 17:51 MANILA, Philippines - In a masterful display of skill and power, defending WBO superbantamweight champion Nonito Donaire Jr. floored Japanese challenger Toshiaki Nishioka twice en route to scoring a ninth round stoppage before 7,665 fans at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California, yesterday morning (Manila time).
