By Alexander VillafaniaThe Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) received the green light from the Court of Appeals (CA) to pursue the P8.2-billion Land Transportation Office Information Technology (LTO-IT) project that overhauls the LTO's current system.The CA recently junked the previous ruling of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court that prevented the LTO-IT project from pushing through. This would now allow the DOTC to pursue its project in overhauling the agency's IT systems, which also aims to solve problems such as vehicle registration database. ...
