BANGKOK, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Most Southeast Asian stocksposted small gains on Friday as large caps and stocks such asWilmar International and Aboitiz Power Corp regained some lost ground, but the region remained wary of aslowing global economy. Singapore's Straits Times Index edged up 0.3percent after four sessions of losses as commodities reboundedafter a drop earlier in the week.
