Cybercrime Law creators lament too much 'insertions' Oct 5th 2012, 08:17 By Alexander VillafaniaQUEZON CITY, METRO MANILA – Amid furious criticism against specific provisions in the recently passed Republic Act 10175, the original architects and progenitors of controversial Anti-Cybercrime Law have said that they were not aware of the inclusion of alleged unconstitutional provisions.In an official statement, the Philippine Computer Emergency Response Team (PH-CERT) stressed that that it "laments the existence of the questioned provisions and acknowledges that it can potentially stifle our civil liberty and right to freedom of expression if left unchecked. ...
