Philippines' stand unchanged as China unveils tourism plan in disputed sea Sep 11th 2012, 04:00 Manila (Philippine Daily Inquirer/ANN) - The Philippines' Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) yesterday said that it had yet to receive "complete information" on China's plan to extend a tourist route to the disputed Spratly Islands in the West Philippines Sea (South China Sea), but that it remained firm in its commitment to protect the country's sovereign rights in the area.
