MANILA FIRE

Fire hit a portion of the Tutuban Mall in Tondo, Manila and has been raging for several hours, after it started past 12 midnight yesterday. Sketchy reports said that the fire started from one of the stalls at the ground floor of the Cluster Building of the mall. The fire alarm Task Force Alpha was raised at around 3 a.m. and later with higher alarm, Task Force Charlie, as early as 5 a.m.  http://www.mb.com.ph/articles/372342/manila-fire
